Hawkins Trade Force was founded on a simple frustration: too many staffing agencies treat skilled trade workers like interchangeable bodies. Send anyone, bill the hours, move on. The contractors who hire them know better — and so do the workers themselves.
We started Hawkins Trade Force to do it differently. We hire recruiters who've spent time on jobsites, in trucks, and on tools. We screen candidates for actual competence, not just availability. And we treat the relationship — with both the client and the worker — as something worth keeping.
Today we serve contractors, integrators, manufacturers, and project owners across the region with skilled workforce solutions tailored to how the trades actually work.
